Las Vegas has very obvious places to stay if you’re there for some gambling and partying. There’s Las Vegas Boulevard, where you’ll find the famous row of hotels regularly seen on TV and in movies - the likes of Aria, Bellagio, the Venetian, and Wynn. Four Seasons Las Vegas Four Seasons As you move deeper into the suburbs, you’ll find a few posh resorts, a lot more budget-friendly hotels, and some more vacation rentals. Part of the Mandalay Bay resort complex, the Four Seasons is at the very southern end of the Strip. The Four Seasons is one of the only non-gaming hotels in the city. The non-smoking property, also a rarity in Las Vegas, is perfect for a quiet getaway in the middle of a noisy desert. We had tuna, halibut, salmon, mackerel, unagi, sweet shrimp, uni, Ikura, masago, tobiko nigiri. Kevin, our chef remembered us from over a year ago at Bluefin and started making items that we liked from memory with our approval. We were surprised with a beautiful platter of hamachi sashimi. We were greeted promptly by many staff members and escorted to our choice of the sushi bar instead of a table. Being Blue Fin customers for years made this modern place seem right at home for us. The wife and I finally got a chance to stop and eat here. Good luck to your new business and Yelpers enjoy some great sushi. ![]() Their menu is almost identical to Bluefin, so the food is going to be top notch.
